Overall I was pleased, most landlords don't come to see Liam relaxed & stress free. however there the issue of  someone else's name instead of mine on the first letter issued -( cut & paste) and all the tenants were not listed on the Doc's which may of been a problem - because the father may be evicted and leave the wife and son to continue to live in the house, however unlikely. I did have to suggest that all correspondence have the firms letterhead - this gives the recipient the impression of seriousness and clout. I also wish Liam issued the N4 & L1 to collect arreas at the same time as a opposed to separate issues, and the member asked if it had been filed, now going back to the board. Good communication and friendly - nice modern office and Liam is knowledgeable.
